In the global discourse on the sociology of education, minority religious institutions frequently grapple with a dilemma between radical assimilation and total segregation. While existing literature heavily documents these polarized pathways, there remains a critical gap in understanding how minority schools can successfully cultivate religious harmony without losing their distinctive identity. Utilizing a qualitative multi-case, multi-site research design, this study explores the phenomenon of religious moderation education at MTs Al-Ma'arif Badung and SMK Bina Madina Denpasar, Bali, to understand how structural integration and identity preservation are balanced. Data collection was conducted through passive participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, with data validity ensured via technical and source triangulation. Primary data were purposively gathered from school administrators, educators, students, and the surrounding Hindu community across the two selected sites. The findings reveal that successful integration is not merely a product of individual psychological resilience, but rather institutional capacity in orchestrating the educational ecosystem, including visionary leadership and hidden curriculum management. Based on these findings, this study proposes the paradigm of "Adaptive Resonance" as a novel conceptual framework, which operates through three pillars: theological identity consistency, contextual-dialogical pedagogical adaptation, and social resonance that transforms pejorative public perceptions into substantive relational recognition. However, this study is limited to secondary education levels in Bali; therefore, future research should expand the geographical locus beyond Bali for comparative analysis, investigate non-formal educational settings, and deploy longitudinal approaches to test relational stability amidst macro-political and religious escalations.
